What do Minecraft Dungeons 2 talismans change?

Minecraft Dungeons 2 talismans provide passive benefits alongside the rest of your equipment. They give you another way to support a playstyle without treating every improvement as a weapon replacement.

Published previews discuss effects aimed at melee attacks, ranged ammunition, movement, experience and companions. That range is useful when thinking about a build, but a preview list is not proof of every launch-version value or acquisition method.

How do you read a talisman?

Separate three questions: what improves, what triggers the improvement, and how long or under what condition it applies. A damage effect that depends on a particular attack is different from one that applies to every action. A movement-related effect should be assessed against how you actually move.

Do not automatically add percentages from different items. This entry does not establish which effects stack additively, multiply together, or exclude one another.

How should it fit your equipment?

Start from the weapon and actions you use, then look for a passive effect that supports them. The equipment guide offers a repeatable comparison routine. The equipment-slot reference explains the broader loadout.

For ranged play, consider ammunition recovery. For further item customization, see enchanting. This is a system reference, not a complete talisman list or a tested tier ranking.
